Our guide in Whistler Dylan has been out on the local lakes doing a little recon on what the local trouties are fattening up on.  There are several lakes right in valley, minutes from Whistler, including Green Lake and Alta Lake the two favourites. There are also some high elevation lakes north of town and the nutrient rich Ivy Lake outside of Pemberton about 30 minutes from Whistler. If you’re looking for a cool trip the trout are hungry, especially with the moderate weather we’ve been having and the early summer bug hatches popping.
